Anyone interested in 83 Pace Arrow Tear down and Rebuild?

Started to look into some water damage in the kitchen of our 83 Pace Arrow. The more I looked, the more I found. I have some pics of the damage so far. Anyone interested in following a rebuild thread?

Here you can see that I have 5 pieces down side by side next to the tape, and then added 4 strips for the next layer, and after that I added another 3 pieces for the 3rd layer, obviously, straddling the joints to increase strength.
