The prior pic was the beginning of a mortise and tenon joint. I did most of the work on the bandsaw, although, not all of it.
I decided to create a stronger set of saw horses, as I will need to not only put plywood on them, I intend to use them to support one of the sections of the trusses I used to work on the roof last year.
I want something that will support me, so I changed gears, and will re-do the first saw horse I built.
So, here's one of the joints prepared to be assembled on the second saw horse.
