Wishing everyone a wonderful and safe Merry Christmas. - This has not been a good month to get work done on the moho. I sure hope next month is better than this one for work. :)

my wife!
I hope your couch is comfortable. You will need it if she finds out you called her an applicance Lol.. :)
Thanks for the laugh.
The love of my life (notice how I get back on her good side;) ) is currently being my caretaker, after I had a run-in with my table saw. After 60 years of this woodworking thing, I finally had a serious accident with a power tool. I cut the tips of 2 fingers off Saturday a week ago. Get the bandage off today to see the damage. Wish me luck!
BTW, this is rv related as I was cutting the frame of the tv cabinet to accommodate a larger tv.??
Well, that's not good. Hope you lost as little as possible on the finger tips, and they heal quickly for you.Bill.Satellite wrote:

Over the stove Convection/Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cast iron pan and Instant Pot (3 quart is all 2 people need)!
3 quarts unless you want to have a lot of left overs. :)
3 quarts if you want to have room for all the other good stuff!
I also don't believe they make the air fryer attachment for the 3 quart version. I'm OK with that and I don't like leftovers!
Depends on the leftovers. My late sister in law used to make spaghetti one day, so she could serve it the next. Always tasted better after sitting a day, allowing the sauce to absorb into the pasta.- zigzagrvExplorer

For us it is a convection/microwave, built in, and an air fryer. The air fryer is a hand-me-down from our daughter, they liked it but with four kids it couldn't keep up.
Between them the wife can cook about anything we want. Last trip out the micro died and we spent four days cooking on the air fryer and fired up the stove a couple of times and she hates using the stove.
The air fryer is to big to store inside so I had it outside for awhile, but now we just stash it under the dinette for travel.
Cool. Thanks.
Are you aware there is an attachment for the Instant Pot which turns it into an air fryer? it goes on the top in place of the pressure lid.
Thanks. I thought I have seen something about that but never researched it. Going to now.
She found a good deal on Amazon for a Ninja air fryer pressure cooker combo 8 quart that we were going to try. But it was DOA and the basket for the air fryer was too small. She decided that it was too large to put in the MH and since the lid stays attached looked like it was going to be too big a PIA to use. - Well, I missed it. I was expecting to play the game of 520 screw pickup and sort. Didn't happen. I only had 511 screws.
