- Well, some good news tonight. I finally finished up a couple of the smaller jobs that I had going, so I should have some time to get back to the moho this week.
That will be a welcome change. Haven't gotten a whole lot done this past week.
Some weeks are like that. Just another week in the saga... Lol. - That is one of my other projects. It's actually a folding stand to be used for a portable gas grill.
It's a late birthday present for our son.
I still need to add some finish to it, but it's off to a good start.
If any of you wants any more info on this, let me know and I'll post some additional info. - WHAT the heck is this????

- 2bzy2cExplorer IIThis is 3 years work and over $10,000 spent. I have to admire your ambition, but wonder about your common sense.
Do what you love. - I also cut a piece for the passenger side in between the front and rear wheels.
All of this newly cut plywood will be fastened to the 1.5" aluminum angle I bought a few weeks ago. Plywood fastened at the top, and then the aluminum angle screwed to the underside of the floor framing.
That will give me the ability to remove these sides in the future, since at this point in time, I am not adding storage behind these yet.
Btw, still didn't clean up my headlight lenses yet. It's on the list. Lol. - Well, I am going to keep it a little short tonight, instead of overloading you with too much information.
In addition to the other dozen or so things I have going on, I also started to prepare for adding some lower sides to the outside of the motor home.
I cut a few pieces of plywood and clamped them into place to get a feel for what we're looking at.
In this first pic, the arrow shows that the rear of the side piece is slightly shorter than it is at the rear wheels.
I tapered this about 3 inches, as that was roughly what the original fiberglass was. I want to take another look at that, and see if I want to leave it there, or maybe take just a little more off.
I will have to cut out for the wheel wells, otherwise, I can't get the rear tires off. That would not be good.
- Ratz. I have a bunch of pics to post, but didn't have time to post them tonight.
Should be able to post tomorrow. - Granted, this is not a motor home, but, I think it has some class.

Hope to have some better updates this week. I have been working on a few drawings for my upcoming projects, and hope to start building them this week.
Then, of course, weather permitting for some of it. ro_sie wrote:
guess it is better than nothing :)
I would suppose if they are all full, that should be enough for a shower. Lol...
I am surprised, I thought there would be more comments on that one. Go figure.- ro_sieExplorerguess it is better than nothing :)
