- Here is the opposite side test fit.

- Here is a closeup of the joint I am using. I cut a groove in the side that get attached to the drawer bottom. (blue arrow).
That will be glued and screwed together - red line for screw. That will stiffen the plywood lengthwise, nicely.
- Finally got some more machining done on my drawer/slide for the oven.
Here's a pic of starting the test fit of the pieces.
- After they are cleaned, there is a coating that can be sprayed on that is supposed to help keep the plastic clear for about a year.
I have not sprayed this on yet. I may give the lights another cleaning ... "just to make sure".
It did not take long to clean them up - probably about 5 minutes each. Overall, I am pleased with results. - Also purchased on Amazon.
- Here's what I used. I found out about this from a guy on YouTube. I figured I'd give it a try, and it worked! Bought it off of Amazon.

- After cleaning here's how they turned out......

- A while back someone noticed my headlights on the PT Cruiser were a "little" faded from the sunlight.
Well...... since I have now gotten my "round tuit" (around to it), they are much cleaner now than they were!
Here I cleaned up the passenger side light, while the drivers side has not yet been touched.
Not sure how well this will show up.
- You know all those jobs you're going to do when you get around to it?

- Update tomorrow night, I think. I was working on something else around here, and I finally have that fixed, so back to the moho!
Wahoo!!! - Depending on how the "V's" are cut, will make a difference on how much contact area there is between the mating surfaces. That will either increase or decrease the surface area.
Like I said earlier - if the mating surfaces are coated "only" with wax, so the was soaks into the wood, it works well.
