That looks the model I have, the 2013 RT 190 Popular with the "permanent" bathroom. The asking price is considerably higher than what I paid new, so there should be plenty of room for negotiation. Taking 20% off for depreciation from what I paid (near the end of the model year) would make ~64K a fair price.
