Anyone travel with an LVAD heart pump?

I guess the suggestion was that if your that ill maybe you should not be driving a huge MH on a public highway endangering the other driving public;; I would also assume your DL would be invalid if your that ill
I know that I would not be driving a large DPMH anywhere if I was that ill; just my opinion others may vary
