All of us need to study the example from "Gene in NE" in this post. Most class C units (especially if it has a long overhang)are close to being overloaded on the rear axle. Putting weight on the receiver hitch via trailer tongue weight, spare tire mounts, cargo carriers, etc adds to the rear axle and takes away from the front axle. A light front end adds to the "wander" and effects over-all handling. In most cases move all the weight you can forward for best handling and safety.
