Safe is questionable, if a jack fails it could be expensive. Also need to keep rears wheels on ground all the time when front ones are up in the air. 2 extra minutes with a couple of blocks under the wheels could save a life time of regrets. another concern is the pistons being bent or torque, due to side rocking.
