Yes, it is safe to be in. You would never want to under a coach with this kind of setup but you have a solid 4 point frame mounted leveling system with the addition of 2 rear wheels solidly on the ground. Getting in and out of the RV might be challenging with a high step from the ground to the built in steps but a short step ladder would solve that as well.
