Yes, I would feel safe in it.
However, if the REAR wheels were off the ground, I would probably worry, unless the front wheels were VERY well chocked!
Front wheels off ground...OK. Rear wheels of ground...NOPE.
Only fault I can see is that the front jacks should be on some blocks to help stabilize the rig.
We often have to park like that at State Parks where we workamp for months at a time.
