If a gust of wind hits it from the side, hard enough (I have been buffetted with 100MPH in the past) those front jacks cost over 600 each PLUS installation.
NO it's not safe
As I said up-thread. You may safely have ONE front tire, JUST ONE, never two, JUST ONE off the ground unless you take very special precautions to prevent side to side or front to back movement of the RV. The rear wheels, by themselves are not enough.
