Apartment look in a Class C

Well, just like stainless steel appliances.... how do you keep it looking clean with all that white. Yes, stainless steel appliances look elegant when they are clean. Add a couple 8 year old kids with sticky fingers and it only takes 5 minutes for all that "glitz" to look horrible. Same with all that white. Definately, THAT camper is not for a family with kids! Can you see shoe prints and scuffs all over those white walls? Muddy hand prints on those white cushions at the dinette? Greasy paw prints at the cabinet doors? Fixing bacon on the stove and all that grease splattering everywhere!

Oh, the white, sterel hospital approach looks nice ... only when it's new. In actual use, it's got to be a nightmare to keep it looking that way for real world user campers.

After thought:

Take that camper to Georgia and let the kids play in the red-clay dirt. See what happens to the interior of that beautiful white then?

I have to agree with that! :)

I also absolutely HATE the dungeon-dark interiors so common now. As someone else pointed out, it's used to help hide defects and mistakes and allows them to use cheaper materials.

We opted for a "cabinetry upgrade" when we purchased our motorhome new and it was well worth it. Solid wood cabinets & doors, real wood at that, and a nice light maple & finish. Bright & natural, but not sterile looking.

Different strokes, I guess. :)

I like the clean, light look better than the dark tones of the wood. But, it's a personal choice. We don't all like the same thing. (Except free beer)

More twists and turns regarding the Winnebago name than you would find in an episode of Games of Thrones. AVIDA has dropped the name entirely. Apollo Motohomes ( Produces many Rentals under various names ) is licensed by the US Company too produce “ Winnebagoes”has a “Proudly made in Australia “ sign to indicate they are not US products :?

They are nice (love the last one). I am getting tired of so many of the RV's all have a C&C router look. It is like they all copy one another, the "look what we can do" is getting so cookie cutter. Although a lot of the changes an the same price is a direct result of being able to cut out so many the same with no labor involved - so I understand what they have gone to that.

No changes. Just goes with what people want.

I like the wood finish rather than that hospital sterile look. But I can see a lighting advantage with all that white.

I like it! Nice and clean and bright. Not like most US brands which are dark to hide the defects.
