Apples and Oranges. A or C

We have rented Class C's and now own a Class A diesel. Our Class A has a better ride, better towing power, better power in mountain driving, more head room in the driver's area, more usable living area. Ours is 33' and has a short turning radius so it can go where any Class C can. In my opinion the front cabover bed or entertainment area, is wasted space since we don't usually travel with more than the 2 of us. We can still sleep 5 if we do take the grandkids. If the only reason for thinking of a Class C is price, I agree with your brother, an older Class A vs a new Class C would be my choice. If it's a floor plan choice, buy the one that suits you and your family.
