Doug pretty much nailed it. There is an outlet mall center in NB, but the big stuff is around the 200 mile marker. For kids, Natural Bridge Caverns is a nice treat, because they have two caves to see, as well as the usual mining sluices, snack bar, etc.
There is always Schlitterbahn, but take your sunblock; you will need it.
