I find it odd that someone says airbags are unsafe, when they are used on semi's. If a airbag design is unsafe, then it is because some moron designed it incorrectly.
If for the fact some of you are having issues with say, during steering correction at moderate to high speed. Then the dump/recovery system is not designed correctly.
In some cases it is better to install an accumulator and make sure that the airbags are all on their own air circuit.
If the bags are Tee'd together the air will transfer from one to the other. This is very dangerous. I would crawl under your coach and check to see how it is designed.
Then visit airbaggit.com and check out the how to section. They will have a solution to your poorly designed system. FYI, these guys make the bags for firestone and other companies. It sounds like the control system is not plumbed or designed properly.
Also, airbags have a built in bump stop, so if you get a blow out, your suspension needs to be designed with that in mind, ie should the bag blow and suspension collapse,the tire should not hit anything.
