Perhaps your in parks with full timers who find their motorhome is not so much a recreation vehcile ,as its a "home" ! They aren't really "camping" they are using the MH to travel and live in . There are exceptions to everything though
Personally I think the salesman was right .. pay 400 grand and retire to golf etc. I doubt the kitchen gets used a lot, these folks are dining out! .. after happy hour of course.. ;) Now by the time the second owner gets it.. Thats a different story
