Are Newmar coaches constructed better than others?

I saw a Youtube video extolling the virtues of how a Newmar is built so much better than other makes. That the walls are thicker fiberglass and the studs are 16" on center, with insulation going thro...

I have been looking for some time now and the only thing the newmars have over the entegra cornerstone is the steering assist. the entegra has all wooden floors that help it to be quiet on the road. I am not sure which one to get myself. I like the steering assist but would like it to be quiet as well
