My 2016 Newmar Bay Star Sport 3004, is built well enough, but it was not issue free. OP did not say if he was looking for a DP or a gasser but they are all built on the same assembly line, at the same time. Not uncommon for a King Aire to be built right beside a BSS 2702. Each is hand made, like most MH’s and people make mistakes. The fit and finish of the Newmar is better than most other brands even at the less expensive models. The Newmar invented slide mechanism is strong and top notch. Our only issue with slides has been self inflicted. Their customer service is good. There are some things that you look at and scratch your head and wonder why they put that thing there. There is not always a good answer... I would buy this same one again.
