Are Newmar coaches constructed better than others?

Thanks, everyone! I called Newmar today, to ask what year they started constructing the walls as in the video and as I had described above, and he said 2005. Prior to that, their construction was the same as other companies. Only difference is that their cabinets are not particle board.
