Are there any class B's that do not look like RVs?

Commercially produced, non-DIY, campers that just look like regular vans? This came up in another thread, and my first thought was, 'I have never seen one...' but I guess that would be the point! ...

I don't want to be stealthy, in the sense of camping secretly. I just don't like decals and advertising and such, and I don't like to stand out in a parking lot. I don't camp in places where an AC is needed :).

The 170 and Davydd's are more my cup of tea! And yes, the Sprinters have the big advantage of already being high-tops.
