Are there any class B's that do not look like RVs?

Commercially produced, non-DIY, campers that just look like regular vans? This came up in another thread, and my first thought was, 'I have never seen one...' but I guess that would be the point! ...

To improve our stealthiness we are going to put a big "GOT MILK" sign on the side of our little rig and then maybe a decal of a large dairy cow. Maybe a carton of empty milk bottles by the door for good effect.
