Nothing wrong with setting them at the pressure stamped on the tires. That's the proper pressure based on the load stamped on the tire. Underinflation is much worse than setting them at their max pressure rating.
The plate Itasca made up was for the least expensive tires they could find, set for the lowest pressure in order to give a soft ride. But that pressure doesn't necessarily equate to longest tire life. Often, it barely comes close.
You asked for thoughts...mine is leave them where they are now. Get the rig weighed, then decide pressures per axle.
