The plate Itasca made up was for the least expensive tires they could find, set for the lowest pressure in order to give a soft ride. But that pressure doesn't necessarily equate to longest tire life. Often, it barely comes close.
You asked for thoughts...mine is leave them where they are now. Get the rig weighed, then decide pressures per axle.
Thanks for the additional info Jim. I have weighed my rig for my previous tires (different brand) but as yet I haven't been able to find a load/pressure chart for my new ones, but definitely the way to go.
