Tring to schedule a quick trip to the Mountains to see this years color, What do the locals think is the best date to catch the color? Vail, late last year September 29th State web site....

Just outside Aspen Colorado -- Maroon Bells the most photographed spot in all of Colorado.
A few years back after hiking back I asked the granddaughters what was the best part of the trip,
"Skipping Rocks Under the Bridge"
Will never visit too often, and even the great pictures do not capture even a small percentage of the BEAUTY.
Always worth the effort to visit,
