Astoria to Florence, Or, thoughts on parks, sights?
Traveling to Astoria, down to Florence on 101. For you that have done this, thoughts on parks and sights please. Thanks.

Fort Stevens State Park, near Astoria, is a very nice, very large park--and popular. There are several other state parks in the stretch between Astoria and Florence. All very busy through September. A few Siuslaw NF campgrounds, as well, along 101. Just check in early in the day.
