Aux battery tray in a sprinter

All the info I have on the plateaus, indicates that the chassis battery is located under the drivers side floorboard, which is where my chassis battery is located. The location away from engine bay is an indication that MB feels heat is a problem. My coach battery is located on drivers side of engine bay and is a 105 amh german battery. I have a 2012 Pleasureway RB WITH 2011 CHASSIS. Absolutely love this floor plan, because we would leave the couch down anyway. Like being able to swivel both front seats for eating/tv ect. However, would love one more battery. Purchased the tire carrier to remove spare from under bed. Love the space and would rather not have AMG batteries taking up my newly acquired storage space. However, do check your chassis battery location. I've not seen a MB late model that didn't have the chassis battery under the driver side floorboard.
