Installed in less than 30 minutes, and requires two extra snaps to be pulled during deployment. If it stops the wind from un-fluring the awning it is worth every cent, and inconvenience

I was looking at these in the Camping World catalog and they have another one that you don't have to manually clamp down. I think it was $44.00 but would be a better option for the electric awnings.

I chose to have ALUMAGUARD added to my awning to protect it from baking, yellowing, becoming brittle and being scratched by trees when rolled up.
