" I took buttons off green vinyl 'flanking walls' and loosened its top 5 or so screws. "
I see I left out the term "-- these are the panels that hide the interface of the cab and the coach."
Actually removed the top row of screws and loosened others to pull the panels back and work the green plastic plywood deck/cab headliner trim off at its ends. I cannot see how to fully remove it w/o ungluing, and I fear I could not reglue it as well as TL did.
I would be curious to hear from Cheese, Snowman, and other TL 213 owners who looked into quieting the cabover. Did you find the flanking glass door cabinets unsecured at the top? I remember Cheese got headliner off and screwed the chevy sheet metal to the plywood, and I recall Snowman removed a towel and did something else. I cannot see how y'all got that dark green trim off to access the felt/cardboard headliner.
