the myth is evident in these replys. Its why I raised the subject.
A driver can do anything backwards. Its just the reverse of forward. Professional Drivers (teamsters) do it every day. Watch and learn from them.
Well let me congratulate you on proving to the entire forum that you don't know the difference between backing a 18 wheeler and a 4 down toad. This is not a myth. There is a reason every manufacturer of tow equipment is adamant not to try backing up.
Bill
These manufacturers of tow hitches protect their liability with disclaimers . Backing a 4 wheel down towed behind a MH is no different than backing a trailer behind a truck.
See through the smoke and mirrors, disclaimers , realize what you can do. Be that professional driver.
So, you know more than the tow bar manufactures. They cover their behinds for a reason. They know there are people like you that think they know better. Cars can drive backward as they have a reverse gear. Just curious how many times you see cars driving backwards down the freeway at 70 mph. They could - but it's a accident waiting to happen just like your scenario.
I thought they banned you at this forum? I've asked you many times in the past what they name of your campground was. I can't ever imagine staying there
