Common sense must prevail.
My 78 year old F-I-L has used our restroom several times while under way. He asks me if is a good time to get up and I will either say yes or hold it for a few minutes. If I yell "HOLD ON" it means literally HOLD ON to something with both hands right now or drop into a seat!! I've only used that 2 times.
Wife has cooked, cleaned, vacuumed, made lunch, made dinner (no burners, microwave only), napped, watched TV, and used the restroom while I'm driving. That's exactly why we got it!!
Just use some common sense and make sure everyone knows the rules.
