I am skeptical that any (or alot) of RVs have the structural strength in the interior walls, to adequately hold a grab rail. yes if only for minor stabilization, but no if needed for true support. go with the shower stool. when I was in rehab, they had one that had the framework extend out of the tub, you would sit on the seat outside the tub, and could just slide your way on the moveable seat into the tub.
