A friend of mine used the suction cup style bars when he stayed at our condo. They are very sturdy when attached to our tiled walk-in shower.
AMAZON lists a bunch they have. The couple I looked at all have a disclaimer "assists your balance while entering or exiting the tub or shower - full body weight is not to be applied to product".
