I have a similar problem as your wife which effects my balance and my type Nueropthy is uncurable at this time. We bought are Winnebago Adventurer (gas coach) with my health problems in mind. Our coach is a 35-U where the complete bathroom is all in one room. The shower has a grab bar inside and overhead (no losing balance in there) and there is a wall mounted chair inside the shower to sit in while showering. Our coach also has a walk around bed which I enjoy. I can hold on to the bed as I'm walking around it. I'm glad to hear that your wife still can travel!
