I have a 1999 National Tradewinds with a Heart Freedom 20D inverter which doesn't charge the house batteries. It has power to it but does not seem to be powered up. I'm wondering if there is a fuse ...

When the inverter is turned on, the light on the panel blinks. One you tube video I checked indicated it was in "Service watts" mode. I reset as per instructions and light still blinks. Sorry, I don't know what Pass through outlets you are referring to.
