I don't agree with this part. When batteries go bad due to age/end of life cycle they can be overcharged by any charger. If a battery has one bad cell in it the voltage of the battery is lower which causes the battery to be overcharged and then boiling can occur.

So many times on this site I see people complain about battieries boiling and first thing to blame is the charger when it is usually bad batteries.
