Battery pad that inhibits corrosion on the tray

It's not good practice to run batteries to end-of-life to wring every last volt out of them. Lots of bad things can happen.

I go with an earlier poster: use a good 3-stage charger and maintain your water. Tray corrosion is a sign of neglect.
