And the engine batts are still hot.
Disconnect them....negative cable FIRST
As for the fuses.......DO you have a 'converter' )Reverse polarity fuses are located on the converter------usually 30A or larger)???
Are you connected t AC shore power? If so unplug until you find/resolve DC issue with batteries.
