Beaver Santiam generator fuel pick up
I have a 2004 Beaver Santism, my generator is supposed to quit running around 1/4 tank but it quits a little less than half tank. Anyone know the best way to change or lengthen the pick up hose?

The pickup screws into the top of the tank...undo hose and unscrew. May have to weld an extension as the diameter is restricted to what you can put over the current one. Check for holes in the one you take out as it should be long enough to use 3/4 of the tank.
