We just purchased a 2018 Georgetown GT5 31R. It is gas powered, 35 feet long, and has opposing slides, an enormous gas/electric fridge, and a washer/dryer set-up. Haven’t camped yet so I can’t comment on it’s “livability” but we loved the layout (for the length). We wanted a TV opposite the couch. Plus we wanted a long awning.
