If you're looking at the one in Calgary (the 2006) you should know that prices are considerably higher out west for any MH than eastern Canada (OK, higher than Ontario, especially southern Ontario). Nice looking MH though and prices seem in line with NADA, though it is hard to tell the exact model.
I'm just wondering why he's showing pictures from a brochure instead of good quality pictures of the inside??? Though I haven't checked out the other links on the website
Have you looked at importing one from the US? It's not that difficult and many US dealers will do all the paperwork for you.
Of course the downside is that the CAD$ exchange will probably have a 20% impact but the prices can be that much cheaper.
