Since you posted this in the Class C Motorhome section, I assume you will put the refrigerator in a Class C.
Most, if not all, of the people changing out their Norcold for a "residential" seem to have Class A Motorhomes. It could be a challenge to create the space necessary in a C. Plus the electrical is usually not setup up for a frig, you may need more batteries than you have space for.
