Here is what I found. Buying an RV in Florida is cheaper. My guess is that older people buy them, use them and then pass away. At that point their loved ones want/need to sell them. The family may be in Mass and the RV may be in Florida so they just want rid of it. Due to this there were many deals to be had. These deals happen all year long down there.
