Best way to keep the sun's heat from the front away ?

We have the shades that snap on to the outside of the coach. You can still see through them and they allow light in. However, the heat reduction is HUGE! In the middle of a AZ summer day the windshield is barely warm. They look good, allow visibility and most importantly they work.
