Dicor self leveling sealer is a disaster waiting to happen. It cracks and causes leaks. Never was a quality product. The OP's picture proves my point. Why do you think Eterna Bond tape is so popular. Sikaflex 715 can be used any place Dicor is used. Apply it and forget it, it won't crack and peal up like Dicor. It costs more but you get what you pay for.
