Bike Rack for 2" Hitch

I use an older model from Yakima that holds 2 bikes and can tilt down to open the rear door. It fits into the 2 in. receiver and is secured by a locking pin. It also has a locking plate that clamps onto the frames and keeps the bikes safely locked to the carrier. In looking for a solution, make sure it fits the frame of your bikes (overall size, tube diameter, any accessories) and the size of the tray of some models fits the tire. Look for ways to secure the bikes and carrier against theft. Finally check that the bikes are loaded high enough to clear the ground when you exit a driveway.
