I bought the shocks directly from Koni. Koni tells me I must talk to the dealer. I keep trying to explain to them that they are the dealer. Basically their customer service is brain dead. I have another set that was bought from Country Coach, as they had the model I needed. Country coach doesn't exist, so as a secondary issue, if the Koni dealer goes under, then Koni will not acknowledge warranty.
