Not unusual for the bathroom sink to drain in to the black tank but I don't understand how water is getting in to the sink unless your sink faucet is somehow opening while bouncing down the road. Try taping, or otherwise securing the faucet handle(s) while in motion and see if that corrects the problem. An open faucet is the only way I can see water getting in to the sink/black tank.
I had a similar problem with my Class A, while I do not run down the road with pump on now. What would happen is that the shower would come on. or I would get to where I was going, hook up and the shower would be running.
I seems that the vibration would open up the faucet, Quick fix was not to leave the pump on and always check the shower before hooking up to outside water.
Permanent fix was, after replacing washers, which worked for a short while, was to replace the shower faucet.
