Since my rig is winterized, I have a plastic grocery bag open in the sink I use for wet wipes, and when done, I close it up, toss it in the trash can and put down another one. 1000 for $20 from Amazon, and since Austin has a bag ban, it is money well spent to keep things sanitary without much effort without much access to running water.
As for using them in a septic system, some friends of mine found out the hard way about a guest flushing them down... after they had to have their septic tank pumped.
