Simple solution that we have been using for over 10 years. TP goes down toilet and wipes go in a small garbage foot operated pail with a cover that we put a walmart bag in. Every day bag gets discarded. Never had an odor issue, and have yet to run out of walmart bags which you get for free. Why take a chance with a problem black tank issue?
